Warranty Service Period

The products we sell come with a maximum warranty service period of 24 months. The warranty service period may vary depending on the product (model, manufacturer, etc.). The specific warranty service period for each item can be found in its detailed description.

Application of Warranty Service

We recommend submitting devices for warranty service remotely.

If your device malfunctions, please contact us via email at garantija@ecodumas.com.

The inquiry form should include the following:

  • Exact device name and color (as indicated on the packaging);
  • Device serial number (located under the scratch-off layer or near the barcode)
  • Brief description of the issue;
  • Short video (10-20 seconds) or photos showing the device defect;
  • Photo of the order invoice or warranty card/purchase receipt;
  • Your accurate contact details;
  • Designated location where you would like to pick up the new device.

After evaluating the condition of the device, we will contact you regarding the replacement of the item or a refund.

Warranty service applies only to the electronic components of the device (such as modification chips, batteries, and electronic accessories like chargers, cables, etc.).

Warranty service does not apply in the following cases:
1. Mechanical damage to the device (disassembled or broken);
2. Improper use of the device (used for purposes other than intended or in a manner not specified in the instructions);
3. Software damage (failed software updates or unsuccessful attempts to install third-party software);
4. Damage due to unsuitable conditions (moisture, heat, dirt, etc.; 
5. Malfunction due to natural wear and tear;
6. Expiration of the warranty service period.

Warranty service also does not apply to parts subject to rapid wear, such as coils, mouthpieces, capsules, heating heads, and other non-electronic components of electronic cigarettes.

Warranty Service for Disposable Electronic Cigarettes

Defective disposable electronic cigarettes with flavors, purchased from Ecodumas stores before July 1, 2022, can be exchanged only for disposable electronic cigarettes of the same or a different manufacturer, with the selected tobacco flavor.

Defective disposable electronic cigarettes purchased from www.ecodumas.com can be exchanged for disposable electronic cigarettes of the same or a different flavor by contacting the warranty service department via email at garantija@ecodumas.com.

Money-Back Guarantee

Customers have the right to return a product and receive a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Note: The amount to be refunded may be reduced by the cost of rapidly worn parts of the device (such as coils, heating heads, batteries, capsules, and mouthpieces), as the money-back guarantee does not apply to these items. When returning items, any gifts provided with the purchase must also be returned.

The money-back guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

1. Products with damaged cosmetic appearance (e.g., worn paint, scratches, other mechanical damage);
2. Products damaged due to customer fault;
3. Products without original packaging, with damaged packaging, or incomplete;
4. Devices showing obvious signs of use;
5. Products purchased on a special customer order;
6. Gift vouchers.

The money-back guarantee also does not apply to used:

1. MINI kits;
2. Atomizers;
3. Mouthpieces.
4. Coil heads;
5. Capsules;
6. Opened liquids (bases, flavors, e-liquids, sweeteners, etc.);
7. Batteries.


Ecodumas is not responsible for improper use of "DIY" products or the results obtained.

Procedure for Returning Products That Do Not Meet Requirements

To request a refund for a product that does not meet your needs, you may:

Return the product to an Ecodumas store: Once an Ecodumas employee evaluates the condition of the product, you will be contacted regarding the replacement or refund.
Return service fee: Free of charge

Return the product to the Ecodumas office: Contact Ecodumas administration via phone or email for assistance and send the product to the Ecodumas office (Courier - UAB “Ecodumas,” Islandijos pl. 217-5, Kaunas, LT-49100). Include a brief description of the issue and your contact details in the package. After evaluating the product, you will be contacted regarding the replacement or refund. Once the product is shipped, please notify Ecodumas administration and provide the tracking number.
Return service fee: According to the current rates of courier companies

Upon returning the products, the refund will be transferred to your bank account within 14 days!
